Overview

The CYZ series is a horizontal self-priming centrifugal pump built for petroleum products such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil and aviation kerosene, and it can also move seawater and fresh water. Published coverage is 3.2-600 m³/h at heads of 12-80 m, with a suction lift of 5-6.5 m and an oil temperature range from -20°C to 80°C. Self-priming comes from the pump's own suction chamber, liquid reservoir, spiral chamber and gas-liquid separation chamber, so it starts without external priming equipment. It is widely used as a cargo oil pump, bilge pump, fire pump or ballast pump on ships, and in land oil depots, tanker trucks and petroleum plants. The seals are carbide mechanical seals and the discharge line needs no safety valve and the suction line no bottom valve, which keeps the pipework simple.
