The RY series thermal oil circulation pump is a centrifugal pump designed for heat transfer fluid (HTF) at temperatures from -20°C to 350°C. It uses a natural air-cooling fin structure — no external cooling water system required. Flow rate: 1–500 m³/h, pressure: 1–12.5 bar. Suitable for thermal oil, heat conduction oil, and compatible heat transfer fluids. Not suitable for water, chemicals, or abrasive media.

RY series centrifugal oil pump is typically driven by an electric motor, they connect to the pump body via a flexible coupling. A flexible spacer coupling can also be installed, allowing the entire pump bracket to be removed from the base plate without disassembling the pump casing or motor. Additionally, the coupling is protected by a guard to prevent damage from external factors.
RY series thermal oil pump is an ideal choice for transporting high-temperature liquids. Primarily designed for conveying weakly corrosive, solid-particle-free fluids at temperatures ≤350°C, it serves thermal energy transfer systems across diverse industries including petrochemicals, rubber and plastics, pharmaceutical manufacturing, textile printing and dyeing, road construction, food processing, and woodworking.
- It is supported by dual ball bearings, lubricated with oil at the front end and grease at the rear end. An oil guide tube is installed in the middle, allowing real-time observation of seal condition and heat transfer oil recovery status.
- The single-stage, single-suction cantilevered foot support structure features axial suction and vertical discharge center, and the motor is mounted on the same base, simplifying maintenance and installation.
- The unit employs a combination of packing seals and mechanical seals to ensure zero leakage operation.
