ZJL Series Vertical Submerged Pump
A vertical submerged centrifugal pump that sits in the liquid with no external mechanical seal in contact with the medium — 2–600 m³/h, 8–100 m head, to 100°C (HT version 300°C).





The ZJL series is a vertical submerged centrifugal pump that sits directly in the liquid, with the impeller below the surface and the motor above it, so there is no external mechanical seal in the liquid.
It is intended for tank, pit and sump duty where a surface pump would struggle for suction: flow covers 2–600 m³/h with heads from 8 to 100 m and an immersion depth of 0.5 to 3 m (customisable).
The motor is connected by a long shaft that passes through a bearing column, and the standard construction handles liquid up to 100°C, with a high-temperature version available up to 300°C.
The design suits acid tanks, chemical storage, hot water pits and underground sumps, but it is not recommended for abrasive slurries above about 5% solids.
